Curriculum Vitae: He Guowei, a Research Fellow at the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and an Academician of CAS, currently holds the position of Director of the Academic Committee at the Institute of Mechanics, CAS. Additionally, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Mechanics and is a committee member of the American Physical Society DFD Fellow Selection Committee. He also holds the editorial responsibilities of Chief Editor for "Thero. & Appl. Mech. Lett." at the Chinese Society of Mechanics and serves as an Editorial Board Member for the "Phys. Rev. Fluids" journal of the American Physical Society.

He Guowei has devoted an extensive period to research in turbulence and computational fluid dynamics, making fundamental contributions to the comprehension of spatiotemporal correlations in turbulence and the development of precise temporal models for turbulent phenomena. In recognition of his scholarly contributions, he has been invited to publish a comprehensive review article on spatiotemporal correlations in the preeminent fluid mechanics journal, "Annu Rev Fluid Mech." His proposed EA model for turbulence spatiotemporal correlations successfully addresses the deficiencies found in the renowned Taylor and Kraichnan models. Moreover, his introduced "spatiotemporal correlation method" for large eddy simulation has emerged as a pivotal and innovative methodology in the field of large eddy simulation.
