Authorization Statement

Key Laboratory of Fluid Mechanics (Beihang University), Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as “KLFM”), hereby authorizes Beijing Senior Culture Industry & Advertising Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) as its sole organizer of the conference, to be fully responsible for the preparation, implementation and other matters in connection with the conference. 

During the authorization period, on the premise that the event sponsor is acknowledged, the Company has the right to collect registration fees, sponsorship fees and other conference event-related fees in its name, and KLFM approves the actions of the Company and the contents of such actions as involving its own rights and obligations.

Authorization period: from the date of authorization to the end of the conference. 

Payment and Invoice

Accept credit cards, such as UnionPay, MasterCard and VISA. Domestic participants could make the payment in Renminbi and foreign participants could make the payment in US dollars. If you wish to make the payment in other currencies, please contact KLFM.

Registration fees include bank charges, which should be borne by the collecting company.

Your registration will only be valid after full payment has been received.

We provide China VAT invoices, ordinary invoices, as well as electronic invoices and receipts. Please specify the invoice type and mailing address during registration.

Force Majeure

For reasons beyond the control of the organizer, he date, venue, time, and content of the conference (including the speaker) may be changed without prior notice. Under such circumstances, KLFM will not be liable for any loss suffered by the participants.

Cancellation Policy

All your cancellations must be sent in writing to the email account iutam_sym_tnti@buaa.edu.cn designated byKLFM. If you initiate cancellations by August 30 (inclusive), we will refund the full registration fees you have paid in principle; if you don’t initiate cancellations by August 30 (even if you don’t participate in your registered conference), you will bear all the registration fees, which will not be refundable.

If the conference is postponed or cancelled, KLFM will not be responsible for the airfare, hotel or other expenses paid or proposed to be paid by the registered participants. The registered participants shall be responsible for canceling their own hotel, travel and other bookings.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your registrations to a colleague before the start of the conference. In case of any such replacement, please notify KLFM via the designated mailbox (iutam_sym_tnti@buaa.edu.cn) in writing as soon as possible.

Photography Policy

If you participate in the conference, it indicates that you agree to allow us to take photos or videos of you with cameras or other electronic devices during the conference; and you permanently authorize KLFM to use the photos and videos in question. KLFM may use such photos or videos in existing or future media or mediums, whether for commercial purposes or not, and you will not claim any fees against KLFM. The intellectual property rights of the works (or audio and video products) completely belong to KLFM.

Privacy Policy

KLFM respects the privacy of all its clients. The Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by KLFM, including information collected via this website and KLFM’s online community website, emails and other electronic communications between you and KLFM, your event (activity) registrations, learning experience, information provided by your employers, and your information provided offline to KLFM.
